I was using the Windows slide show program. It worked ok, but the resolution (at 640x480 I believe) meant that the images were pretty low quality either on the screen or on a TV when I copied to a DVD.
I purchased ULead Picture Show, thinking that it would be offer better resolution (or at least that you could select it); but the image appears about the same.
Is there anything I can do, or does Picture Show offer nothing above the free Windows program other than additional effects?
How to Get Decent Resolution

Unfortunately DVDPS4 is limited to standard 4:3 output. Other Ulead/Corel products such as "DVD MovieFactory 6 Plus" and "VideoStudio 11.5 Pus" are able to output and burn in standard 16:9 (720x480) and (with HD Power Pack) full 1080p Blu-ray and HD-DVD. These programs are also capable of outputting 1080p in AVCHD and HD-DVD compliant formats which can be burned to standard 4.7 or 8.5gb DVD-R media. Of course you'd need a high definition player or drive to view these.
