grainy picture and transparent when using green screen

Post by davidc »

I am new to chroma key video (green/blue screen), and I'm having an issue. I have professional lighting set up and everything seems to look pretty good in the end, but there are 2 specific issues I need to fix:
1. the actual video of me seems grainy and doesn;t appear to be very high quality.
2. You can see the main image through my overlay. It seems that I am a bit transaparent.

I am trying to make a professional looking promo video, and really need some help.

Thanks!
David

What software are you using - you have posted this in the forum where members give links to samples of their work for us to view.
You have not completed your system specifications.
We have no idea what material you are using such as DV, MPEG2, WMV, Quicktime or some other format.
