I do alot of "slide show" presentations using transitions, music etc etc and have noticed that some of the still pictures that i have applied the "pan&zoom" effect to, jerk up & down and sometimes sideways when on play back in this effect. I go into the "customize" menu and anchor the picture and disable the pan option however still have the same problem.
Also the "anti-flickering filter" is enabled. When i render the project and playback, the "jerking" is not as bad but still noticeable. The pictures are jpeg format and i use VS 11plus. Can anyone help. Many thanks in advance - Cheers Scanna

If you are only doing a slide show (no video) then use frame based and apply the anti-flicker filter. Resize your pictures before hand using an image editor
What dimensions etc should I use for still images in Videos?
Are you applying any other filters in addition to the pan & zoom?
Are you using the "Video pan and zoom" filter selected from the library manager, or are you using the "Pan and zoom" filter from the attributes tab?
If the later have you ticked "use logarithmic interpolation"
You mention using transitions - if it is a slide show then you will get better results by not using transitions but instead using straight cuts and synchronising the slides changing according to the beat of the music.
