The Camera Came with a disk with Movie Factory 5
When installing it asks for an activation code and provides a link to the Ulead /Corel site. But trying to login or create an account results in page errors.

It is a special log in page for Sanyo Customers and so you will not get an activation code from the "normal" new member log in page.
If you are using firefox then try internet explorer or vice versa.
You can create a new user account by clicking here
You could then return to the "Sanyo Page" and see if you can retrieve your activation by completing the Member Sign in again.
If this still fails it is possible that Corel may have closed this server down, They are in the process of centralising everything onto the Corel Servers now that they have acquired the former Ulead and Intervideo ranges of products. If this is so then you will need to contact either Sanyo or Corel.
