VS 11 Plus Update Media One Serial Number Needed?

Post by sbattaio »

Hi-

I own VS 11 Plus and have downloaded the latest patch(es), PowerPack, and free MediaOne Plus from the Corel site. I installed the patches and PowerPack without any trouble and now have the most current version of VS11 Plus. However, when I tried to install MediaOne Plus it asks for a serial number. This is supposed to be a "free" upgrade for registered owners of VS11 Plus in order to bring it up to the currently offered VS11.5 Plus. I tried entering the serial number from my installed copy of VS11 Plus, but it comes back as invalid. Where do I get the needed serial number to install MediaOne Plus? Am I missing something here?

sbattaio,

No, you're not missing anything. When I bought the upgrade (from 10+) to 11.5, I was given a serial number for VS11 and MediaOne (yes they're different). I'm pretty positive that you're going to need to contact Core support to get a serial number.

Hope this helps,

When you log on to your Corel User Account to obtain your upgrade link from VS11+ to VS11.5+ you are also given a link to Corel Media One, plus a serial number to use with it.

I have tried several times and get no link to a serial#

Download Page
You will need to key in your MediaOne Plus serial number during installation. Please save your serial number in a safe place.

Still can't find a link or number!

Corel doesn't have an easy to find E-Mail addy so I can ask them. :?
