The message comes up after clicking on the program's Icon on the Desktop. The programs picture will show on the screen for several seconds, then the body of the message shows the location of the program, ending in \ulead.dat\DVDPS.ini.
I down loaded the program from Corel. I have registered the program with Corel.
A solution to this so I can access the program will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Welcome to the forums,
Without knowing what system you're running, I'm going to take a guess at it may be due to Vista. Are you running Vista or one of the OSs that PS4 was designed to run on? Which are Microsoft® Windows® 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows ME and Windows XP.
Also it is not a good idea to post your email address or use it as a user name in forums. That is unless you really enjoy receiving tons of spam. In your Profile for the forums, there is a place to enter your email address, along with a lot of other helpful information, which can be accessed by a press of a button.

Normally this is caused by the Windows PATH statement not including the location of the necessary files required to run the program.
