Joining video clips

I have a number of clips that I wish to join together. I can highlight two clips together by holding shift and selecting the two clips but I can find no way of joining them together as one clip to work on them as a single clip. I seem to remember reading somwhere that having highlighted them I can then click join and the jobs done. I can't find JOIN anywhere. Maybe that was in some other programme. My grateful thanks to anybody who can help. Any ideas?

Share > Create Video File > [then choose the format you want to have as the final format].

You don't join clips in VideoStudio you simply place them next to each other on the timeline. This is termed a straight cut. If you switch to storybaord view you can also drag a transition betwen the two clips so that instead of a straight cut you can have a cross fade or some other transition of your choosing.
