Corel have begun the process of closing the former Ulead Web Sites and bringing everything under the Corel Web Sites.
As far as I can tell the Chinese site is now closed - I don't know if Japanese is of any use but that one is still functioning. Here is the page listing the Ulead Sites - some are still working but some are not.
