WINDVD 9.0 + Upgrade HD DVD/Bluray Pack???

I purchased today a copy of + because Fry's did not have the +Bluray edition and on the product box it says you can purchase the upgrade pack.

Can anyone tell me where to find this online because the Corel website sure isn't setup to to easily find it

New to the forum any help would be nice.
