choppy video clip playback
In edit function when I adjust hue or saturation or white balance the video clip playback becomes choppy. The ones I haven't edited with these functions are ok. When I reset the hue or saturation it plays back normally again. Help pls.

Welcome to the forums,
This is very common for preview playback, especially if in the Preferences dialog you have it set for Instant playback. You can change that to High-Quality playback, and VS will render a temp file. Depending on how long your project is, the complexity and your computer setup, will determine how long it takes to render this temp file for previewing.
With the enhancements you're making, with Instant Playback, VS must make those changes to each and every frame, in addition to any overlay, titles, and audio, "on-the-fly". This is real demanding of even the current PCs. If you're concerned that your final product will appear this way, don't be. It should be smooth.
