Hi
Are there any good plugins or software which any one could suggest to convert 4:3 to 16:9 DV footage, or indeed can it be converted within MSP.
I use a Sony VX2100 which records the 16:9 letterbox not quite the real thing, the best way to go is anamorphic lens but is expensive.

You should be able to accomplish this within MSP. About the only way to convert 4:3 to 16:9 is by cropping. Have a look at the following thread:
