Can't Find My Templates

Post by tessaju »

I have MovieFactory 6 Plus, and as far as i know, i was supposed to have over 70 different templates for menus, but i only have 3! one thumbnails, one text, and one that i can't remember. Even when i go to the option ALL, all i get are those three.
Can anybody please help me?
I've been stressing over this for weeks. I'd really appreciate it

Welcome to the forums,

Have you heard the saying.."Don't sweat the small stuff" ? I think this falls into that type of problem..

First do you have the full version or a trial version? Trial versions only come with enough content to give you an idea on how the program works. Once you purchase the program then you can get the full content.

If it is the full version did you install the content pack files? That file generally contains all the templates. You should have more than 3.

yes, i have the full version, but the thing is that, i had installed the trial version, and then since i liked it, but i bought the software online, from somebody, so i just got the activation code, and i typed it in, then the trial version became the full version.
that might be it, i don't know. i know it was stupid just buying from somebody else, but i actually wanted ulead workshop 2.0, but it was too expensive, so i just got the cheaper software, in a cheaper way.
guess i'm paying for it know huh?

Yep, I'd say you are.. Corel is not going to back it, or provide the additional content files.

So you're stuck with what you got, or you purchase another from Corel or at least a reputable retailer..;)

If you do purchase from Corel on-line, we strongly recommend against purchasing activation keys to unlock trial versions. Many times any updates or patches will not install to them, as they are still seeing the program as a trial version. So if you do, be sure to purchase a full version, download it, uninstall the trial version before installing your purchased version.
