Unspecified Error (5.0.0)

Post by VinMan »

Hello
Ok I have a problem I have converted a Hi8 tape using a camcorder ccd-trv67e to a Sony DVD Recorder.

Then Imported this it to Video Studio 11.5 - no probems here.

I then have cut and sliced the move (from a wedding) and have created about 15 scence's total lenght 1H 8mins and what to burn this to dvd.

So I have saved the project as (.VSP)

Then once I¡¦m completely satisfied open a new project (no timeline) choose the share tab and then the create disc option and then choose the .VSP project that I have been working, create menus and burn.

But once i have done this it starts converting the title menu then converting video title and as it just near the end of bulding motion baclground of menu page it brings up this error Unspecified Error (5.0.0)

I have tryed cutting back to 30 mins and the same thing.

Help please

I wouldn't recommend trying to burn the VSP.

When you are done editing go to Share>Create Video File and create a DVD-compliant MPEG-2 file (use a DVD template). When that is complete you empty the timeline and go to Share>Create Disc. Now, instead of the VSP, you insert your MPEG-2 and burn that. Make sure your burn properties match your MPEG-2 properties.

Ok when I go to shared and Create Video File and create a DVD-compliant MPEG-2 file It brings up MPEG Optimizer is it best to accept or should i cancel this? Never seen this before.

Also I have done this twice with accepting the Optimizer and with out but does not get fare before bring up another error message (Unable to load library 19151:3:3)

Any ideas ?

I still use v10, so I can't help you with the MPEG Optimizer.
