4 zooming images or video

Post by rkartzinel »

I am new to 11,5 plus. I want 4 images or AVIs each in 1/4 of the screen. I know how to do that on 4 tracts. I want 1 of the quarter screens to expand to full size (covering the other 3 quarter views), play the video or show the image with a text tract, and then receed to the original 1/4 screen size showing all 4 quarters. Then repeat this with the other 3 quarter screens. Pan & zoom doesn't make the image/AVI larger than the original 1/4 screen it just zooms into the 1/4 screen.

Can someone please suggest a HOW TO. Thanks.

PS - I was a former Pinnacle Studio Plus user with many previous versions always crashing. VS 11.5 is far superior and I have had no problems with using Vista on a Gateway quad core.

I'm not a 100% sure you can do exactly how you imagine with VS11.5plus. Keep in mind this is a consumer level piece of software and even at that it's a powerful enough video editor.

There is a tutorial section is forum that explains how to split the screen.

there is also this place for a good range of tutorials:

That is called "Moving Paths" and can be found in MediaStudio.
It does not exist in VideoStudio.
