Hi,
When i'm doing capture of my VHS (using Pinacle Video Lynx), all is working fine, preview is ok, sound is ok, etc... But when i read the AVI file generated, the movie is played too fast (arround speed x3) and with no sound. The capture frame rate is set to 30 frames/s and when i read video properties details i see 91/frames/sec.... Well, i don't realy see where is the problem... This problem occur with all output format.
Could someone help me please?

Sorry to keep asking for more info, but your video file properties just don't add up, especially if you're wanting to create DVDs from them.
Are you wanting to edit the video for DVD to be played back on set-top DVD players, for viewing over then internet or your PC, or some other? This is very important as the settings used during capture, editing and sharing depend on this.
You might want to read through From Camcorder to DVD tutorial.
A Recommended Workflow has been developed to help guide you through the mine-field of video editing, as it pertains to Ulead's VideoStudio Programs. They can be viewed here:

For a brief summary of AVI and MPEG-2 please read the article at this link:

Reading through the above, will give you a better understanding, that there is a lot more involvement to capturing, editing and producing DVDs..

Please read http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=29031 which is somewhat relevant.
However, I do see a potential problem with SECAM video streams: does your converter support this and what does it convert it to? Most devices support only NTSC and PAL.
Try to convert to 704 or 720 x 576, 25 frames/s
