Yep I did..:)

I did download the the videos and exercises that you had Joe. These came from Corel. They sent me another link, however instead of being a link to download a file, it went to their FTP server directory. I had to hunt for the files, then download them one at a time.

Then I suspect this is the link that Suz has been trying to extract from them, with no success. Is it a secret?

You're right, JoeB - I'm still grumbling because the link I "had" no longer works, and now, I have 2 - one for the stripped down videos, and one for the "poor-(and-silent)-substitute-for-some-of-the-11-missing-videos" - and neither link has the exercise files. I got a link for those files only tonight from Corel, but I'm told it's not for publication - only for those with PSP X2 installed, so I can't put that link in my Tips. BTW, the Tips page is still broken - Time-Warner has done a number on my website this time - still trying to get things back to where they were before they dorked with it!

Can you share your link with us, Ron???? Suz

Too bad you can't put the link to the exercise files on your site. I haven't had time to remove the ones I uploaded to my site, but suppose I should get around to it sooner or later, eh?

Just 'cause I like to have stuff around "in case", I did download the original link's worth of X2 vids, as well as the zip for the extra eleven that vidoman posted. Hope you get to at least put a link on your site that gives all the videos.

I'm wondering if the ftp site problem has anything to do with Corel's move overseas, and they don't have their act together yet? Or is that still???

JoeB

I just reread what I have from Corel, and I do have a link that contains everything - original videos, exercise files, and extra videos. However, Corel has stipulated that at least the exercise files are available only to registered users of PSP X2. So, when I get my site working again, I'll make a note of that in the Tips - users who want the extra video package and/or the exercise files will have to contact Corel directly. Not a happy picture, but reality.... Suz

My Tips page for PSP X2 is "back in business" - you might want to check out the Tip I updated for the Lynda.com videos, etc., here:

http://users.adelphia.net/~suzshook/12t ... 00.htm#190

I don't know how Time-Warner fixed the problem, but it's fixed! :D

Today, another "support person" has stated that the link provided to me that contains all the videos AND the exercise files is for publication. Therefore, I am about to amend my Tips & Tricks once again, including the appropriate link. Suz

:? :?
So we now have 2 different Corel reps that agree those files/videos can be made publicly accessible?

Like your site Suz..:) However I did notice that the links to the old PSP-9 tutorials were not working. Seems there on a different server..;)

Not sure what you mean, Ron. I can get to all the PSP 9 tutorials . . . !

I have one who said the link was for registered PSP X2 users only, and on who said "do it". So I went with the latter! The new Tips page has been uploaded, with that correction:

Thank you for that link. I have the PSPX2 CD and was disappointed that the exercise videos were not on that, been looking for them for ages. They are excellent.
