Welcome to the forums,

Did you purchase the download (ESD) or Boxed (CD) version? With the ESD you should have received more then 1 link in your confirmation email from Corel, to download files. The content would be in one of those files.

If you purchased the CD, it should be on the 2nd CD..

Main Program, Content, Documents, and then 2 more for the Bonus CD which has MediaOne and Painter Essentials..

Content Packs for Photo Impact

Post by StephSH »

Hi,
I downloaded the trial version of X3 and thought it was supposed to be a fully functioning trial, but I apparently dont have the content packs?? Is this an oversight or does the trial version not come with all features?
Thanks

You don't get the extra content with trial.

The trial is fully functioning but you only get limited content.
It is intended to enable you to see if the program is to your liking and to your computers liking!

Did you purchase the box version from Corel? If so there should be 2 CDs, one for the main program, and one with the Contents, and any Bonus Content. You might try using Windows Explorer to look at what's all on the CD. Just right-click on the CD drive and choose Explore.

If you did purchase from Corel, and they did not send you the all the CDs, you will need to contact Corel Customer Care. There info can be found HERE.

The cd has PIX3 and a file called "add ons" on it, but I installed both and it still says the content packs are not installed. Do you know if the add ons are the content packs or something else?
Thanks
