Split Screen Videos

yo im totally new to videostudio and was wondering if it is at all possible to have 2 movies play at the same, with like a split in the middle. If not, do you know any programs that can create a movie like this?

Sure. Drop the second video into an overlay in the second video track.

Then arrange the settings to have it play in a box - anywhere on the screen or in half the screen or whatever.
