Program replacement

I have recently put my PC back together and was trying to get fresh downloads of my programs Cool 3D, Web Razor and Gif Animator - all dated back to 2001 purchases. Under the My Account feature I have all my registration numbers. I have tried the Australian and Main Customer support emails but had no success. Does anyone have any ideas or do I have to go and purchase new programs?

Look under the upgrade policies. Ulead offers upgrades for previous versions at a discount. Yuo will need the program installed on your computer or the disc.... I'm not exactly sure of the details.

Thanks for that! The problem is that all my software was downloaded and the hard drive has been blitzed with a total failure so I have no install base at all to work with for upgrades. I have all my registration numbers - but that is all!

you downloaded software and kept no back-up I guess, you will have to pay the price, you will not be able to download that same software again with your old registration codes. Sorry
