burn to iso disappears
Hello,
I am using VS 10 plus. Very often when I do Share, Create Disc, at the final step the "burn to iso" option disappears. The only options are "Burn to Disc" and "Normalize Audio". Often if I restart several times the option will come back, but sometimes I have to give up for days. Anyone know of this problem or a solution? I have sp1 installed and the same prob happens on xp or vista with vista update installed. Have searched countless times this board, but can't find any reference to this prob.
Thanks, Eric

Is your video disc/partition/directory near full? If you are burning a DVD with, say, 4 Gb, you need to have at least 8 Gb free and if you want an ISO image as well, you need an extra 4 Gb free.

I happen to agree with you totally about the search function on this Board. In fact there are a number of other technical deficiencies with it, but we work with what we are given. Suggestions for improved board software, first to Ulead, and later to Corel when it took over, have so far fallen on deaf ears, I am afraid...
As you may realise, none of us here work for Corel/Ulead. We are only users like yourselves who volunteer our time to help other users (given that tech support is variable and mostly lacklustre -- but don't get me started.....!!
