PhotoImpact Display Gray Greyscale

Post by mkochsch »

Does PhotoImpact have a colour scale that can just show me the grey scale information. I work mostly in Black and White and I like to use this type of scale. I notice that RGB and HSL/B modes are shown. Can I switch the view to greyscale anywhere? Thx.

You can change to Grayscale, either in the Adjust menu>Convert Data Type, or in the bottom right corner, click the icon immediately to the left of the "i", icon.

No I meant greyscale values displayed from 0 to 100 not 0 to 255.

Go to Easy Palette, Image Enhancements, Photo Effects, Enhance, Duotone Effect, Right click and Modify Properties and Apply. A dual window box will open and here you can adjust the sliders.
