Error when burning

Post by JulienneMBA »

I'm been trying to burn a DVD with Picture Show 3.0. I keep getting an error that virtual memory is low on my computer. I did burn the slideshow a couple of weeks ago and it came out perfect. Well I added a little more and I want a copy of it but it will not burn the dvd for nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried to delete unnecessary files. It won't burn. I also put the patch for it but still nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem? Can you help me fix it? Thanks a bunch.

I have succeeded to burn my first small project (1 GB) when I have created the second project I have not succeeded to burn, neither on dvd, neither on hd, of it on iso, after two hours the memory ram is to 1,7 Gbs and the 49% of the creation of the first slideshow an error message it appears
I have unistalled and reinstalled the program, cancelled the temporary files and istalled the last patch released by ulead (Ulead CD & DVD PictureShow 3.0 5 in1s Update Pack (Build Number: 3.0.1.8, Release Date: 2005/2/22)
can someone help me?
My project is 2.2 Gb, 400 photo total
I have been very stricken from the new version and I would like to use it, I would not like to return to the version 2.0
have I seen post of other people that has the same problem, is a correction anticipated?

Assuming that your computers meet the requirements, I would suggest the following

1) Delete the Burn_temp folder in the My Documents\Pictureshow folder. This holds a lot of information that you don't need anymore. In fact, if you're not going to any old projects, you can pretty much clear out the entire My Documents\Pictureshow folder
2) Try a disc cleanup and a defrag. That should get you a lot of space.

actually, I was talking about JulienneMBA's problem. Yours (Dark) is completely unrelated to virtual memory, and I've discussed it in another topic. Please don't paste your problem everywhere, especially when there problem isn't related to yours, it's confusing.
