Hi again,
I managed to resolve my previous query I think but now I have a second. After I use Pgcedit it creates a folder called PgcEdit_backup containing the files menubuttons.but, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VTS_01_0.IFO and VTS_02_0.IFO. What is this and what do I do with it? Does this folder or its contents need to be burned to the DVD. Again all help appreciated.
Pgcedit and 16:9 menus update
You can delete that folder if you want. It's used in case you want to revert back to a prior state (when the backup was taken). You can copy it to another part of your hard drive in case you think you might need it (but it is not needed for the final DVD).
btw, sometimes the menu trick does not work. Especially if you play your modified-menu dvd on a 4:3 tv (the button highlights might not line up properly with the buttons).
Regards,
George

The trick should work ok on most widescreen tv's (and computer playback). You just need to be aware of the issue on 4:3 tv's.Robert Horton wrote:Hi George,
The DVD seems to play fine on the widescreen TV and the 16:9 menus and highlights seem to work fine. Have I cracked it?
Thanks again.
