Response from Corel?

Hello,

How long does it take to get a response from Corel? I submitted an email on the 17th and I have not heard from them.

You will probably do better by going to Corel website>Support and then click on search knowledge base for an answer to your problem. Or just ask your question in a PSP forum and just maybe someone there will know the answer.

Make sure that you go to http://support.corel.com, click on the "My Stuff" tab, and then on "Questions" to check if a response has been posted there. I think they'll always email you an answer as well, but a huge amount of stuff gets zapped by overzealous spam filters these days (either yours or your ISP's).

Yes, I did go through the knowledge base and there wasn't anything that pertained to what I was looking for. I did ask my question on the forum and I discovered yesterday that Mr. Tim Morrison gave me the answer I needed. Thanks for the suggestions though.
