Windvd9 have issues with dual-monitor cannot use all2HD

Why all2HD can use on one monitor only ?

My video setup is
ATI 1950 Pro using Catalyst 8.3 drivers
Monitor 1 - Acer Al2216W 22 inch flat panel monitor 1680x1050 @ 60hz
Monitor 2 - Samsung 32 inch Flat panel monitor 1360x768 @ 60hz
