How long ago did you purchase it? Corel offers a 2 year download insurance at the time of purchase, and I know that with Ulead, Element5 (which handled all of Ulead's ESD purhcases), they also offered download insurance, which saved me one time. That's all it took, after that I've always burned the download install files to disc as soon as I had them downloaded.
As far as contacting Corel, you need to click on one of the FAQ answers, anyone will do, and then look at the tabs in the upper left, an Email Corel tab will appear.
Good Luck..
