Installation failure

I have a new machine and am tying to install VS11+. I get this error message

Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG|ulMDMgr.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147024770. Contact your support personnel.

What might cause this problem? And is there no direct support from Ulead/CSorel for this program? Thanks

You can try to manually register that DLL file by doing the following:

Open a command prompt window, by going to Start>Run, and typing in cmd, then press Enter.
Using the ulMDMgr.dll and path "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG|ulMDMgr.dll", call regsvr32, ie; type the following at the command prompt:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG|ulMDMgr.dll"
Press Enter
You should see a regsvr32 window confirming success. Close it.

Try to install the program again and see if you get the error..

I am also getting similar error when trying to install Version 11 except it is not associated with dll file.
