PI 12 unable to see web menu

I just loaded PI 12 and have used PI8 and PI5 before. However I am not seeing any menu items for the web and not able to access web properties on images. Is there something I am missing?

I'm not real sure what you mean, if you can be a little more specific it would help.

If you are speaking of web components they're located on the Menu bar, Web, Component Designer.

I do not have a Web option on the menu bar, I am trying to find out why I don't have it there.

The Web menu is not present under the Video and DVD workspace. Look to the top right, there are 2 buttons beside each other, Express Fix and then it will be either Full Edit, Video and DVD, or Web. Clicking the down arrow to it's right will produce a menu allowing you to choose another workspace.

The Web Menu should be present under the Full Edit and Web workspaces.

I only have the option for Full Edit and profile when I click the down arrow.

Something did not get installed, or did not install properly. Did you purchase an ESD (download) or Boxed (CD) version? With the boxed version you're able to do a Repair install. This might correct it.

Are you running Vista, if so you will need to download and install the Vista update patch; http://www.ulead.com/tech/pi/pi_ftp.htm.

Is your version a full or SE version? Go to the Help menu, and selecting "About" will open the About window. The version is listed there, and if it is an SE version will have those letters appended to the end. For example a full version should be: 12.0.10. If it is an SE version it just may not have all the features of a full version.
