Hi .. I'm having poblems with my PE 8.5 when trying to upload updates / patches for the program its saying I dont have it installed on my computer...(says no updates for Ulead photo explorer 8) I know this is not correct as the progam clearly states 8.5.

However I did have a system crash some weeks ago and various programs have not been working correctly.
I am in the process of re installing all the programs I have but my disc cannot be read (apparently)

I have all the codes etc (for the disc) and was wondering if there is any other way to re - install the program.

Is there a download available or support.

Welcome to the forums,

The patch is only for Vista updates for Sanyo models....
Ulead Photo Explorer 8.5 Vista Update Patch 10-in-1 for Sanyo
(Release Date: 2007/4/2)

For Vista compatibility. (Bundle with Sanyo models DMX-HD1,C6, E6 and S6 only).
If you do not have a Sanyo model specified then the update will not install...
