Installation Failure

Post by SJM48072 »

Drivers fail to install. When I try to install drivers the programs runs for several minutes and then gives me a box that says "Installation is failed, please check your tv device!" The Sabrnet USB TV-USB20 Box seems to be fine. It is hooked up and the light is on.

This device had been working, albeit, not consistently, before. I had to reinstall it several time in the past to get it to work properly. However, I have never had a problem wiht the installation before.
Any ideas?

The problem you're having is with installing the capture device drivers, or with MovieFactory? If it is with the device itself you need to contact the manufacturer of the device. http://www.sabrent.com/drivers/TVTUNERsupport.htm
