Finished DVD plays video in slow motion/stuttered

I recently purchased DVD MovieFactory 6 in an attempt to place .mov film clips on a DVD. After the finished DVD is made, the video on the DVD acts as if it is on slow motion or stuttering. If I push the fast forward button on the remote, the video plays at the correct speed. When I preview the DVD in DVD MovieFactory, everything appears normal but when I try to play the final, finished DVD in a DVD player or even my computer, the video on the disc acts as if it is on slow motion.

Can anyone help me?
