I purchased Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 last nite and Ulead DVD Movie factory was bundled with it. The Photo X2 is coming on a CD in the mail but the Movie Factory needed to be downloaded. Did so last nite. Tried to set up a slide show today with about 90 pics and the preview prior to burning plays for about 5 frames ( pics and music) and then starts over again. Tried burning to see if it would burn all 90 and only 5 are on the CD and they appear on there 2 x's and no sign of the other pics. If someone could explain to me what I am doing wrong, would appreciate it greatly.
Also, if I need to reinstall, whom do I contact at Ulead and get them to resend, I have the product number that it was bundled with and also an email from Ulead showing the product number but no web site, just a "click here to download"
Sorry for being so winded but terribly frustrated, support is not existent with Ulead[/b]

Just open up that original email and click the "click here to download" again. It is a hyperlink.
I also strongly suggest you keep back up copies of the download files on 1 or 2 CD/DVD discs in case at some future date you need to re-install the software.
