Sorry folks, back again, and it's about registration.

Shortly after buying Video Studio 11.5+, mid Dec 2007, I registered it on line.

It then started repeating the request to register. It's still doing it!

I contacted technical help who said it was due to the firewall et al being switched on during registration and the information was not reaching the registry.

The next time, and the time after that, I switched off my firewall etc., Kasperksy IS (latest version), for 5 minutes or so and re-registerred. Iwas told, as before, and since, that I was already registered. It happened again this evening.

Now I've ticked, I think, "do not ask again" or words to that effect and have also ticked, "do not show this window again". Hope I've done the right thing. I had a similar problem with Photoshop CS2 but I think it was sorted fairly quickly. Can't remember how though but I think Photoshop tech support were involved. Never had this problem with WordPerfect Office 12 or earlier, MS Office 2000 or earlier, nor any other package.

Try logging onto Windows as an Administrator Account and then see if it will register.
