We are trying to set up the Ulead Photo Explorer 8.0 to download from the camera. Even though we have selected the camera as the source it keeps on giving us the "Unable to find disk "A:""
Also, it is not automatically launching the Ulead Photo Explorer program when we attach the camera.
Thanks for any help, quickly as possible please.
