Confused! VideoStudio Ver 11 Plus or 11.5 Plus

I just purchased what I thought was VideoStudio 11.5 Plus. I download it and ran and registered the software only to find it is Version 11 Plus.

Anyone know what's going on. I can't email Ulead as they don't have an email address just a bloody big knowledge base.

Also I found that there is NO HELP files at all.

After you have registered the product there are two upgrade patches available to take it up to 11.5+, they are free to + users and available from the website.

I found the following files: do you know which one I should install to upgrade to 11.5?

1. Ulead VideoStudio 11/11Plus Hot Fix 01 (Release Date: 2007/12/5)
2. Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus Power Pack (Release Date: 2007/11/8)
3. Ulead VideoStudio 11 Update Pack (Release Date: 2007/11/6)

First number 3 then Number 2 on your list....don;t worry about number 1 unless it specifically refers to you

I guess that answers my question about this topic as well. I kept getting notifications regarding upgrading to 11.5+, but when I click on the link it only showed those downloads - none of which actually states that it's an upgrade to 11.5. So thanks, I think I will download and install the two you mentioned.
