I am confused, I can not find my disk for photo impact 12 and the code under my account does not work after I down loaded the trial on my laptop. How do a I find the right the activation code?

If you purchased a full or upgrade version, you will need the serial number. Serial numbers are different than activation keys. Downloading a trial version and than trying to use a serial number will not work.
So the code under your account is most likely a serial number. You will need to contact Corel to see if they will provide you with an activation code or a fresh download. If not than I guess you're out of luck..
