Trying to find a email for Corel - problems with PSP X2

Post by kmartrsvp »

:( I recently purchased PSP X2, my 4th version of Paint Shop. I have never had any problems with any other version, but some of the tools are not working correctly. I am trying to take a class on it and am having so many problems. Today I tried to paste to a new image - nothing happened. My Background eraser doesn't work right. So many other things just not working the way they should. Wondering what I can do to fix this problem. I am having to do my homework at work on my older version of Paint Shop. Can anyone help me.
Thanks, Barb

Yep, its not very obvious where to find out how to email them is it? :-(

The "email Corel" link on the main "Contact Us" page (from the little link right at the bottom of the main site) leads to this page. Once there, click any of the question links - it doesn't matter which one - then you should see a new tab appear in the upper part of the page that says "Email Corel", in between "Answers" and "My Stuff" . Then you might need to login or create an account, then finally you get to a page with an email form.

Have you checked your "brush variance" palette? The size of the brush is defaulted to pressure, which causes all sorts of problems. If you don't notice this, you will find that none of the brush functions seem to work properly. Change the size function to normal and your problem will likely be over.

I'm not sure if you're trying to do Paste As New Image using Ctrl + V, but that has changed in X2 to Shift + Ctrl + V.
