Where do I go to install contents pack?

Hi
I just purchased PI X3. I was using PI 11, but somehow my coloring is all screwed up in that, but thats another story, so I just went to PI X3. Anyway, I wanted to use a certain shape out of the easy pallet and it said that I needed to download some templates for Easy Pallet and Component Designer, but it doesn't say where from. Can anyone tell me where I can get this from? I've scanned the websites, both Ulead and Corel and haven't been able to find them yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you download your PI X3 or is it the boxed version?

If it is a download, your download link should also have been provided for the extra content and bonus programs. If it is the boxed version, the contents should be on the disk.

The full version, but I did not receive a link for extra content or bonus programs.

the extra's. I belonged to the Ulead group back then and alot of people were having probs. getting the extra content.

I was interested to see this thread, as I am having the same problem. I downloaded the programme tonight, but no link was given for any extras or compenent pack, and some of the things I particularly wanted to use the programme for aren't accessible. What can I do?

Are you using the trial version? When you purchase the full version, you should receive 3 download links via email.

Oh thanks! I thought it might be something like that - yes, I'm just using the trial version at the moment, but will be purchasing it, so that's good to know.
