VS 11.5 Plus Crashes When Importing Mpeg 4
Just upgraded to VS11.5 from VS9. Tried loading MP4 (720P) files from my camcorder (samsung HCMX10) into program. VS11 crashes after crunching on file for few seconds. Tried uninstall / reinstall etc. Very dissappointed in this program. Files play fine in Nero / WMP etc. I think I want my money back. I have already spent too much time messing with this program How do I get a refund?

Why don;t we try getting you to work instead?
I tried googling your camcorder model but there was nothing with your make and model.
However Mpeg4 is a highly compressed format of video and not usually something you would use to edit with and without knowing more about your camcorder I cannot advise any further.
If you read the first post above (Read this before posting) we might be able to get you working
