VideoStudio 11: Unable to view Neptune video profiles (ipf)

I was using version 10 with no problems and upgraded to the trial version of 11.5. When I go to Tools, Make Movie manager to create a new profile/template, I select .wmv for the format and under profiles I do not see the Neptune Best Quality profile or any of the Neptune profiles anymore. Why? When I navigate to C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\Profiles
I can see the profiles are there. What can I do to solve the problem?

I just realized version 11 does not let me customize profiles. I am I the only one who can't change a .wmv profile to 30fps with a higher bit rate? The profiles that are given to you for share videos online like the YouTube and Neptune menu do not let you customize and even if you select best quality is is NOT best quality. HELP!
