Is "Insert Scenes as Chapters" inactive on VS11+ t

Can anyone tell me if "Insert Scenes as Chapters" is inactive with the trial version of VS11 Plus?

Thanks Vidman. Tried it again and found out that I wasn't finding an active "Insert Scenes as Chapters" because I had been selecting "Insert Video" instead of selecting "Insert Video Project."
