Anyone getting this error -->

this is happening more and more frequent even though i am using X3 when i close Photoimpact.. I bought the upgrade but noticed that the program files and registry entries actually are completely seperate which leads me to believe there is no actual upgrade but rather a seperate application - i am not spending the time to find this out but based on previous PI upgrades and the numerous PI folders it creates 10,11,12 etc this seems to be their standard operations ..
Anyway i just uninstalled PI12 noticing that exceprion points to version 12 even though its PI 13 aka x3 thats running and closing ..
Sloppy development here !

Also whats the deal with corel's ask a question for US support could it be buried any further than it is ?? I guess they dont want feedback / give support . Very dissapointing .
