Just Bought VS 11 and now version 11.5 is Out...

Post by TrickyOne »

Hi All,

I just bought VS 11 and see that Corel has released a new version, VS 11.5. Anyone know if I get a free upgrade or go about getting one?

Thanks,
Rich

Did you purchase VS11, or VS11plus? The free upgrade is for the plus version.

They do offer a 30-day money back guarantee, if you had purchased the plain version and wanted the plus version.

I purchased VS11 (boxed version). I heard that there was an update that takes it to 11.5 but I haven't been able to find it. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Rich

Not for the VS11 version. The free upgrade is for the Plus version. The upgrade is called the Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus Power Pack.

I was having a moment there. Duh! I did in fact purchase the VS11 Plus version. Forgive me but I'm new to this software and its different incarnations.

So, do you think I am eligible to upgrade to VS11.5?

Thanks,
Rich[/i]
