Cannot change image duration

I have been able to change jpg image durations all day. However, now, when I tried to change durations of several images in a VS 11 Plus VSP, the Clip Change image color/duration is grayed out.

Any thoughts?

Yep, you need to have at least one image selected in the time line. Multi-select several images, then try to change the duration. This works only on color and image clips, not video clips.

Yep, you nailed it (again). It only will change images in the top time line (and none of the lower tracks).

Bad design if you ask me (especially if you have to change 50 or 60 images in the time line).

On the side. that tip you gave me about Bluff Titler... what a great program! I am using it extensivily in my Soccer video.
