Disable Motion Menus in MF6

Does anyone know how to disable Motion Menus in MF6 permanantly?

I was able to disable them for my main menu, but somehow they always re-enable themsleves for all of my submenus.

I have tried unchecking the Motion Menu selection and saving my project. I have tried changing MotionMenuCheck=1 to MotionMenuCheck=0 in the DVDMFEnc.ini file (this is what worked for MF3). Unfortunately, every time I re-open my project, the motion menu selection is checked again.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
