NO HELP HERE

Post by jarhead1936 »

I guess instead of trying to help me resolve a problem with software that does not work some moderator decided to delete my topic instead of trying to help me resolve the problem.
I get the same lack of help out of coral with the circular go around their website and not finding answers.
thanks alot!

We usually don't do that without notifying you.

Are you referring to this post? Maybe you just couldn't find it again.

The only posts that are deleted without notice are those that contain pornography or blatant selling of products nothing to do with this forum - such as mobile phone sales, drugs sales and the like. In these circumstances the "member" is also banished from the Web Board.

You clearly did not fall into one of those categories because you are still a member.

With all due respect, if you toned down your aggressiveness, and responded correctly, you would probably get a lot more help. Maybe you do not understand that the members/moderators/admins here are not Corel/Ulead employees but users, just like yourself. They give loads of their time answering users' questions (including some of the idiotic ones) for absolutely no reward, other than the occasional post stating "Thanks a lot, that did the trick!" Being polite helps the forum run more smoothly.

I have to agree,,,

Go to the Corel website and try to get any type of answer from Corel
Just one big circle,,, I've tried to get an upgrade from the site,, unable and no way to submit a question. No slit meant to any of the users here, as always great info, But the Corel site is just poor

Yeah, I was frustrated that Corel/Ulead did away with submitting personal questions feature. But I guess that's why they have this forum up and running. I actually think it's much more helpful this way.

believe it or not I did actually find out how to ask a question of Corel Tech support. I went round the circle many time and did ask my question but do not expect an answer for up to 3 days.
Dont ask me how to get back to the Corel tech support question box again, cause I traveled so much ground around their site and cant remember where or what I did.

Some of us also have to sort out a few problems of our own.

Admittedly that computer seems to be lacking in functionality but it is much cleaner than the inside of mine!

Or maybe it was the spilling of the water from the vase which cleaned it and errrrrr...... killed it?

You might be interested to know that this forum was well up and running a long time before Corel became the owners of Ulead/Intervideo, even before Intervideo became the owner of Ulead.
