Hey there,
well .. my problem is that the GIF Animator shows me that message (picture + subject

), whenever I want to save the animation.

So, here is the picture:

(Im sorry, it's blurred

)

As you can see there are 5 frames.
Size: 160x220, 137 bytes
The pictures are .ufo's which I just duplicated.

Nothing there to indicate any reason for the problem, except that it appears you are using Vista... Last time I looked, GIF Animator was not shown as being Vista-ready. I'm in no rush to run a Vista machine, either.

Normally one gets that message only when the animation has too many frames (hundreds) and/or massize image size. But your animation is well within reasonable limits.

If you would like, save that animation in UGA format and email it to me.

If you could complete your "System" info so we know what you have there, that may also be useful.

Hmm .. I use Vista, seems like it is the reason for my problem.
What a pity.
