Synching music and video

Videostudio 11...I'm filming concert videos, and tryng to sync the video clip with an mp3 recording made on a separate digital recorder. I can line up the starting points ok, but by the time the song is done it's out of sync. Is there a way to fix this? Can the film clip be sped up/slowed down?

Try converting the mp3 audio file to a .wav format.

You can use Audacity for that (it's free)

I have the type 1 problem and I'll check out altering the speed...should work, thanks!
