Due to some problems, I did a clean uninstall and reinstalled VS11+ as per recommended procedure in this forum.
Now VS 11+ doesn't show the smart sound quick tracks. when i click auto music all the tabs are disabled. I checked the the smartsound folder in program/document and settings folder and these are empty. Rebuild the smart sound directory is also not working since it is disabled (faded out) on the screen.
I have downloaded the update from smartsound website, but apprehend whether this will work without the files in the folder.
Can any one help please?

re-installing Ulead VS11+

Thank you for your reply. You are right, I didn't install the content. In fact I thought the program will authomatically take all the contents required.
However, I didn't install the content. I found the smartsound software folder empty in my hard drive. so I copied the smartsound software folder from my installation CD to the hard drive.
Is there anything more I need to do?
