DW version date ?

Hello, i'm new here and i would like to know when was released the last version of DW ? and if you are happy with it (i'm searching a dvd software).

Yes, I'm happy with it, but I use it for 4:3 SD SL DVDs. It is very flexible and versatile. The latest version (2.232) dates from July 2005, so don't expect support for the latest technology. It is obsolescent but well worth buying for the kind of work I do.

Whilst it is now considered by Corel to be a phased out product, it is still the program I use to do most of my DVD Authoring with, even for watching on my widescreen TV. The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages and I shall be using it for many years yet to come.
